TERMS AND DELIVERY
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made at SCHERNING.DK.
Please read them carefully. We may occasionally amend these terms and conditions and changes will be posted on the SCHERNING.DK site.
All prices are displayed in Danish Kroner (DKK) including Danish VAT (25%). Delivery costs are not included.

PLACING YOUR ORDER
Once you have completed your purchase in our online shop, we will email you an order confirmation.
All orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by us. If we are unable to accept your order, we will contact you promptly by email or telephone to inform you. All items are subject to availability.
When your order is ready for shipping, we will send you a new email including your invoice.
On SCHERNING.DK you can pay by credit card or MobilePay (DK).
We accept the following cards:
Visa, Maestro, MasterCard, Visa Electron, JBC, VISA-Dankort & Dankort.
When you place an order, the payment total will be reserved on your account, but the money will not be deducted from your account until we ship your order.
SCHERNING.DK is approved by NETS and uses a secure SSL-connection. All the data is encrypted and we are never in procession of your credit card details.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We offer FREE ParcelShop delivery on all orders (minimum DKK 299,-) delivered within Denmark.
(Orders less than DKK 299,- are charged DKK 32,- for ParcelShop delivery).
Delivery at home address is DKK 45,-
Shipping outside of Denmark: DKK 60,-
We offer FREE worldwide shipping on all +500 DKK orders.
Delivery time ·
All orders placed before 16.00 CET, are shipped the same day.
Delivery times vary according to shipping destination. DK orders are usually delivered within 1-2 days.
GLS ParcelShop ·
If you choose ParcelShop delivery (Denmark), you will receive mail/text message from GLS when your parcel is ready for pickup. T&T is also possible via link in confirmation email from us. Remember to bring legitimate ID when picking up the parcel. The parcel is available for pickup for 10 days, after which the parcel is sent back to us.
If you do not pickup your parcel (within the 10 days), you may be liable (at our discretion) to pay an extra delivery free.
Please note that failure to pickup order from ParcelShop is NOT accepted as a cancellation of your order.
All items are subject to availability. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will get in touch with you as soon as possible. If you do not wish to wait for us to restock, exchange the item, you are free to cancel your order. Please note that your card will not be charged until your order is ready for shipment.
RIGHT TO RETURN AND EXCHANGE
As per the Danish Sale of Goods Act our jewellery is covered by a 2 year warranty.
You have the right to return/exchange the items within 14 days of receiving your purchase. If you wish to return/exchange, please email us at email@example.com - remember to include the order number.
(Please note that failure to pickup order from ParcelShop is NOT accepted as a cancellation of your order.)
Please return the product(s) without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your wish to return or exchange. The jewellery must be unused and in a saleable condition including the original jewellery box.
We suggest that you reuse the box we shipped the jewellery in, and that returns are shipped through a registered delivery method so that you have a record of their return. The shipment is your liability until we have received it. Shipping cost for returns are paid by you. Remember to fill out the ‘Return form’ included with your jewellery.
We will refund the purchase, to the card used at purchase, once we have received the jewellery.
